"As I was testing out my new armor against a ProHuman organization in Torontreal, having planted explosives in their hideout, I ran into Bastion at the War Pillars. He is rather temperamental and prone to violence, so it did not take much goading to get him to throw a bomb at me. Naturally I moved out of the way and the bomb hit the building and annihilated it, leaving no survivors. I manipulated holograms to ensure nobody saw me, so hopefully the world believes Bastion has either snapped or 'gone Maverick' himself."

"I want you to seek Bastion out, but do not engage him. If he attacks you, let him...Because I want you to continuously try to recruit him. He said he would never do such a thing, but we shall see. This is your top priority for now. Even if we fail to recruit him, his name will be even more 'dirtied' due to the public's opinion of us."

Ahem. Upon requested perameters, I have completed an inventory of all technical components that aren't spare parts. Unfortunately, with about the same access levels as Paragon Piranha at the time, I was unable to census our civilian affiliates, not to mention the personal quarters of others. Now, my assistant drone, designate Deckard will spawn a holographic listing of my findings for your approval.

Torontreal Explosion Sun Feb 23 News Report

ASSOCIATED PRESS: In recent activities of Maverick attacks, a Humans First Coalition building in Torontreal's Park District was attacked today in a terrorist bombing strike. Most eye witnesses and the GNN Reporter who happened to be on the scene describe the perpetrator as known Maverick Hunter and former Repliforcer, Bastion. Bastion was later helped in his escape by known fugitive Protoman, even from his fellow Maverick Hunters. Reports thus far seem to also speculate that Maverick leader, Sigma, was on the scene, though as to what involvement if any he had, is unknown. The United Nations is offering a reward of 20,000 Zenny for information leading to the arrest of either Protoman, Bastion, or Sigma, as well as a 5,000 Zenny reward for any information as pertaining to the investigation.
