<< BEGIN TEXT MESSAGE >>
Once again, we were forced to defend a breech in the wall along the Western Perimeter of Berlin--Colossus Cockroach called for re-enforcements via our secure radio channels. I responded with three strike teams to suppress the attack by Repliforce. For the most part, they were able to hold them a little bit.. but, as with most of our Conscripts, they weren't able to hold ground for very long.
Engagements followed, the streets once again becoming a large stage for a skirmish. I initially started off in a Sniper position in one of the towers over the Western Wall, but I was spotted by Crescent Grizzly of Repliforce. Battle ensued.. ended with me putting an explosive-tipped shell point-blank into the back of his head. He retreated. After regrouping our Strike Teams, I also departed for repairs..
Onyx Out.

AAR: Attack on West Berlin Mon May 31 Psychogenesis
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
<The Maverick Insignia falls to reveal the ever-still venetian mask that composes Psychogenesis's face. The head tilts curiously to the side before he emits a chuckle.>
"Command.. I first wish to apologize that I was not able to respond sooner to the need for Medical attention at the Western Perimeter of Berlin during today's initial attack. I was, however, investing precious time and resources in the rebuilding of our drones, as was instructed. I have managed to bring back into functioning order a great many of our Coalition Brothers." He bows his head slightly, "However.. upon stabilizing those closest to death, I did leave the Spire to report to the Western battlefront and see what had happened. There.. were many dead. Coalition and Repliforce alike. So I did what any good Doctor would do.." he emits a dark chuckle, the crimson optic on the right flaring brightly, "I indulged myself to overtake the unused shells... and I became their Puppetmaster. I was able to raise 100+ soldiers from the various corpses, turning them all on the attackers. Although... this did arouse certain suspicions by one particular UN operative... the Musica Guard leader, Muse." He smirks.
"The girl sought to destroy me.. but as it was Written. It was not for me to suffer a loss unto her." He chuckles darkly, "No... Though she put up a great show, I was able to overcome her. And She was forced to retreat." He bows his head again, "My wires still inhabit the bodies of many soldiers.. and until those bodies are dismembered or my wires removed, I will be controlling them, remotely."
"Our great Lord Sigma has laid a new responsibility upon me... and with it, I must no longer remain hidden away in the sanctity of the Spire's MedLab, laboring over projects. It is time for me to step out... Those who once feared me will once again be reminded as to what it was to -truly- fear something. To truly -hate- something. And I do it with honor. For the Coalition."
<He bows again, the Maverick Insignia overtaking his image.>

Report! Mon May 31 Split Mushroom
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
<Maverick Insignia>
Split is once again staring into the camera, with some damage as well as a large grin on his face. "Today the big bad Repliforce tried to attack us and break us!" He frowns as a image comes on screen, it is a badly drawn picture of Colonel and Prismatic in a ride armor. "I entered the fight just before these two enter, as I was emulating our great general Vile." Another picture appears, Vile drawn rather well, looking all heroically sitting in the Goliath.
"When they entered I attacked Prismatic distracting him until.." Another well drawn picture of Tactical Raccoon appears, gunning down a badly drawn prismatic. "...Prismatic the evil bloodsucker was struck and killed....or whatever, I hope he is dead. Anyway, we got the ride armor he was in." Grinning he continued, the picture of Prismatic gone and replaced with him in a grave, with the words 'I suck' coming from inside the grave.
"Anyway, after fighting we managed to hold back all the Repliforces waves, and with some well placed shells we annihilated many of their ride arms, and their droids and foot soldiers." he grinned wider. "We also, at Dr. Doppler's orders.." Yet another picture appears. "..salvaged what we could and brought everything back to the base to be sorted and converted...."
"The cores were returned, either thrown at General.." Yes, another badly drawn pic, this time with a oversized mustache "..who ran away with them, or we threw them back over the wall. We also, taking some initiative of our own, placed a few of the more badly damaged heads on poles and placed them on the walls."

AAR: Perimeter West Mon May 31 Firestorm Phoenix
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Firestorm Phoenix appears on screen, a brief salute is given before he begins speaking, "Presenting Supplementary report to Tactical Raccoon's. After receiving a radio message of a strong Repliforce ride armor push I began to investigate the western perimeter of Berlin. From my aerial vantage point I spotted Colonel of Repliforce guiding the troops from a roof top." The phoenix gives a bit of a grin at this, "Although well trained, the Repliforce regulars are not well known for operating independently, so I engaged Colonel, hoping that with him distracted, the Repliforce assault would fall apart. After a brief skirmish though, Tactical Raccoon gain control of the ride armor Raiden, at which point I did my best to delay Colonel and keep him from retaking the armor. Luckily I was indeed able to keep him occupied long enough that General Vile was able to intervene, allowing the Raiden at my behest to retreat to safety. Once the Raiden was safe I aided General Vile fending off Colonel's continued attacks, finally forcing him to withdraw." At that though the phoenix looks down, his arm lifting to show the ornately decorated bow of Firestorm's, the weapon lifting to chest high, the phoenix's grip tightening around the weapon. He looks back up at the camera, "Next time though, he will not escape." The screen goes black and a moment later the Maverick spinny returns.

Battle for the Core Tue Jun 01 Inferno Phoenix
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
<<Spinny! It fades, Inferno's mug replaces it, he's a mess>>
"Greetings members of the Coalition. Amidst the chaos of the battle in Berlin, myself and my brother, Firestorm, descended into the spire to protect the fusion plant incase of the worst possible scenario that had been conceived. He and myself stood against the force of Crescent Grizzly, Protoman, Hunter Durandal, and two others I have not been able to identify. Despite my best efforts, I was critically injured by the drill arm of Crescent, even after I had caused a massive amount of damage to him. Durandal gave him a hand as well, blindsiding me which lead to my eventual fall. As far as I could tell, Firestorm was doing his best against all comers, though I'd suggest seeing him for the details of his defense. I'll be here in Medical for a few days should anyone wish to speak with me. Also, I had heard my sister, Wildfire, had been conscripted into the battle last night, if I can find out about her well-being, I'm sure myself and my brother would appreciate it dearly. Inferno out.

AAR: Spire Defense Tue Jun 01 Firestorm Phoenix
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Firestorm appears on screen, looking about as beat up as Inferno, "Firestorm reporting in on the attack on the Spire. Tipped off by our interceptors that an attack on the Spire's fusion reactors was about to take place I headed for the Spire my self. By the time I got there, the enemy force had already breached the Spire, mostly thanks to Protoman's blink systems. I used an utility elevator shaft to make it to the Reactor room before the assault team did. Luckily my brother also came to the call and I directed him to me, together we stood there, ready to make our stand against the assault. Taking a brief look over our intel database, we faced a force consisting of Interpol, Maverick Hunters, and Repliforce. Five in total, the two my brother couldn't personally identify were Repliforce officer Ricochet and Interpol operative Sarah Fairchild."
The phoenix takes a moment to move a bit, a pained expression on his face continuing, "We stood our ground as best we could. I dispatched Crescent Grizzly after Inferno fell, and managed to wound everyone of our attackers, though soon too I soon fell to the combined power of four attackers. Fortunately, though we may have failed in defeating them, we succeeded in holding them at bay long enough to make their mission impossible to accomplish. End Report." The screen goes black, a moment later the Maverick Spinny showing once more.

The core Tue Jun 01 Split Mushroom

<Maverick Insignia>
A severely beaten Split appears on scene, being slowly repaired as he talks. He lacks the normal luster and childlike sound in it. "I...attempted to help support defense of the core, but by the time I got there Inferno and Firestorm were in the hands of the Hunters." There was no joking, no badly drawn pictures, as he continued. "I jumped in and tried to hold them back, and rescue my comrades, but after I managed to force them to stop, they blasted me from every direction...and well...I was downed too." again, no pictures. "I was able to keep them away from the core..and they retreated...I also heard Inferno and Firestorm are safe..." he said this, and ended the log.

This automated text message was initiated by an automated program intergrated within the 'Wire Sponge' unit. This warning is to state that NOONE is to access the weather control reploid's neural net, unless they have medical clearance.
The neural net of this unit is HIGHLY unstable, and after destruction of the body, the neural net went into a psychological breakdown. <<NOTICE!: UNIT CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ACTIONS IF THIS MESSAGE IS PAID NO HEED.>> A message from the unit:
<Text>
Yeah, if you are reading this message it's because I either exploded, or my neural net shut down. Now, if any of you lowranked lugheads try and activate me, do so at your own risk. You can't say I didn't warn you.
I would prefer either Regent Doppler or his designee examine my neural net. You can rebuild my body, but DO NOT activate me until I have been cleared.

Report On Last Night. Tue Jun 01 Fantasia
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
<Text Only Message.>
I was personally part of our defense of Liberty Square. The conscripts, ride armor legions, individual elite troopers and War Machines all lined up inside the Industrial District square, the focus being on minimal power input.
During this period, and before it I personally worked on my own form of 'morale', basically giving the conscripts courage not to just run. Whether this was from killing those who dared abandon their post, or by providing rousing words of wisdom and I feel I did this job well.
Then, General Vile led the Repliforce, Maverick and Individually battle-ready troops towards us. Before this happened, however, a cacophony of Autogun fire and higher-yield weapon destroyed our defense walls, giving them free passage.
Once the Repliforce troops led themselves into the square, we revealed en masse. Signas gave us one more chance to surrender, which was met by a choir of orphans singing a very familiar song.
Signas' question was answered by Sigma himself, who flatly refused and asked for a champion in a POWERFUL new armor. Once this had been accepted, the Maverick Hunter Axl decided to try his luck and was demolished completely in no less than three attacks, with an assist from the conscript leader Javelin Whitetail throwing him a beam saber.
Following this, the children who sung their hymn latched onto Repliforce troopers, and exploded themselves by concealed charges. Bit and Byte merged into the Godmachine Binary, and War had begun.
I started by seeking my own personal quarry: Fairy Leviathan. However in my effort to destroy her she was defended by Jet Stingray, Templar Fefnir and a Neo Arcadian Heavy Ride Armor. I am quite confident in saying all of these targets were destroyed, if it were not with help from artillery fire from other troops.
However through this, the Kraken itself suffered heavy damage... It was, after all, War from all sides. The particular War Machine is designed for in-close combat, not heavy fire. It fell, and as I left I found myself in direct line of site, as did everyone, of the 'Ion Blossom', a very potent attack from General. Thankfully, my Energy Conversion Matrix simply converted this energy, which I used on the interfering Irregular Overlord 'Quiet Man', knocking him out. Strongly, however, a field repair by the Maverick Hunter Isaac allowed him to continue, and temporarily unable to respond. At this point I would like to thank General Vile for lending me some of his strength to continue, which I put to good use destroying Quiet Man once again. Searching for more targets, I went to the Spire, however found my assistance unnecessary.
Returning, I found the Maverick Hunters Glaive and Zero fighting Sigma, as well as the wretched Interpol Agent Berkana dueling Vile. I assisted as much as I could, throwing her into the ground by means of a medium yield kinetic attack, however when she fired upon myself and General Vile my systems could no longer take it, and the Energy Conversion Matrix forced myself into an unconscious state to avoid explosion.
At the beginning of this conflict, I explained that we had already lost. I explained that we had no hope, other than to survive, and many agreed. I would like to apologize for this. There was not survival- there was simply victory, and the assurance of the dominant nature of the Coalition Empire.

Doppler: Condition Tue Jun 01 Overclock
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
(A text transmission from Overclock, in file.)
Report: Doctor Doppler
Nothing was said over frequency last night, to dissuade interceptors and combat panic. Doctor Doppler suffered from a stroke last night: during the siege of Berlin, approximately 22-hundred hours our time: estimated. An artery attached to his brain, which is still mainly human, burst, causing internal bleeding and a loss of motor function. I diagnose that the excitement and panic, along with overall exhaustion he endured while reconstructing Sigma, became too much for him, and his mind functionally overloaded. Upon dragging the Doctor down to the medical bay in the Spire, I was able to stabilize his condition and stop the bleeding. Had help on this matter from an anti-grav device provided by Hunter doctor, but she appears to be on the level. The gaps in tissue and damage to the brainstem have been now organically repaired. Doctor Doppler's condition is stabilized.
HE WILL NOT DIE.
The Doctor is still suffering damage over about thirty to forty percent of his brain, caused by lack of oxygenation. Among the damaged areas were his speech centers: without him able to communicate with me, I can't accurately tell how much more is damaged. Extensive operations will begin tonight to patch the brain electronically and restore functionality to speech and motor functions.
Please tell the world at large that Doctor Doppler is doing fine.
HE WILL NOT DIE.
As for Wire Sponge, my expertise is with organic nervous systems and I am unable to repair a reploid net. Doctor Doppler currently does not have the capacity, either, for obvious reasons. I pass this job onto someone capable of doing the repairs, and Wire will just have to be grateful that someone did it at all.

==============================================================================
<Live News>
The Live Feed from the Video suddenly fades out into static, and a picture of Radio Radish appears on the screen, bouncing happily.
"HI! We're having, um, difficulties with our...electronics now. See, this is what happens when Marketing won't stop licking the electrical cables. We'll be back to you as soon as we can, for DEATH, DESTRUCTION AND PWNING!"
He promptly turns, and hops away. A test feed comes up.
Overclock was supposed to take a three-hour break. He promised himself he would.
It's about thirty minutes, elapsed, when he returns back to the labs, again. He walks through the medical area without saying a word, and into one of the side labs, opening the door with an aggressive smack, and slamming it shut behind him.
He's left Doppler off aside, here, with a curtain surrounding the now-prone body. The body is stabilized, to be certain, and numbed. A small piece of metal replacement-skull covers the brain. Overclock tests the stabilizing IV, and then walks over to a nearby table, picking up a small metal tray. "Doctor. Make a sound if you're awake in there."
Wire Sponge is, and has been for the past twelve hours, an upper half of his body and a spare neural net on the side. He's there, oblivious to what ever is going on in the room. A sign above him reads:
WARNING! ACCESS NEURAL NET AT OWN RISK
It's been changed.
Dr. Doppler has been drifting in and out of consciousness since the hemorrhage, the periods of consciousness lengthening as time wears on. Coherency has been another matter - the most he's been able to manage is the occasional soft groan. Small tremors in his arms have developed as the pressure has been relieved from his brain, a side effect of the damage left in its wake.
As Overclock enters, he does not open his eyes, but he is still able to hear. The doctor makes some attempt at forming words, but it comes out as a slurred mumble.
Split Mushroom there were a few chuckles, as the Split twins were nowhere to be seen. And when there were giggles, there was trouble. On the ground behind Wire sponge they were making a new sign. It read: TO ACTIVATE DANCING SPONGE BOB, ACTIVATE. After a moment, and with speed that was unmatched by most other reploids, the old sign, and the new one were changed.
Entering not far behind Overclock is Anima, his hands clasped behind his back. He spent the better part of 9 hours in the MedLabs here this morning through today. After which he went to the Medical Labs of Tempest to see how things there were going. After performing a few operations to earn his satisfaction, he's now returned... without a moment's rest. He does not Overclock's peculiar behavior--but there are circumstances that warrant it. Upon making his way up to the Computer Core, Anima lifts both hands into the air and taps nothingness--only to produce from that nothing, two holographic display terminals. Each shows a variance of information, mostly of which is the status of all the patients he had worked on this morning, Crush, Inferno, Bit, Tactical, and a few others. Fortunately, most of them are ready to be excused from MedLabs to recovery. There are others on the list, however, that are... not quite so fortunate.
Anima turns to the remains of Wire Sponge, the two-toned eyes studying the sign above him carefully. He emits a soft 'hrm', then moves to stand over the MedBed where he sits. He examines the new sign that is available, and his head tilts into a curious gaze. "Intriguing..." He reaches over, out to the right side, and squeezes a fist. A holographic device of some sort then materials, the handle in his grip.. and he pulls it over. "Begin preliminary scan." And then, the device shifts over the body and neural net, beginning to access what lies ahead. A few taps to the holoscreen at his side, and Anima is recalling all information that exists--including the classified stuff he's been given access to--and prepares the design schematics to begin reconstructive surgery.
"That's what I thought," says Overclock, mumbling slightly. He knows that Doppler can hear, now, but isn't sure how well. "But I brought you something."
He brings the tray over to the bedside, and sets it down on the metal surface of the cot. It clinks lightly. The cyborg then lifts up a tool that resembles nothing more intricate than a short metal stick, with a slightly forked tip. He uses that, and not his hand, to pick up a microchip off the tray. He gives it a last-over inspection, blocking out other, external circumstances.
He lifts the cover off the Doctor's brain easily; as he left it there designed that way. Then, using only the tool, he carefully sets the chip against the surface of the brain. Working slowly and meticulously, he starts to thread it directly into the nerves.
Split Mushroom looked up at the one working on his new toy, and stomped his feet, before walking back to his slab. Damned doctors and there fun ruining...and when would it be time to go out and play again...
<Live News>
Radio Radish appears upon the screen once again.
"Hi, just an update, folks. Boy, we're really having trouble. People just won't stop licking those electrical cables. I mean, it must be a virus or something. Even our repair crews, they won't stop sucking on those cables. We're having to rush them all to the hospital for repairs. We've got 30 down so far.
I think it's the Mavericks' fault. They were made in Berlin. They must have like, Catnip in them. So, we're going down completely until we can rectify this situation.....
To all, and g'nite for now!"
The schematics that show up for Wire Sponge are not classified, however neural net coding was (as with most reploids) under classified files. To prevent cloning procedures, of course. Many notes of previous med-techs state when Wire Sponge was first taken out of storage, they had forgotten to shut down his sentient neural net sensory input. This is what caused Wire's somewhat insane tendencies.
However, thanks to some miracle coding, they were able to keep the insanity suppressed within some coding parameters. Before the attack he was just fine, but extreme emotional trauma (IE Being made fun of) would cause it fray at the ends and cause some insanity code to leak through. One could reconstruct the Sponge, just recoding the neural net would be bit of a problem, being the fact that it requires some quick fingers.
Dr. Doppler continues to lie there. Even if he were not strapped to the table, he would be in no condition to anything more than that. The monitors tracking his cybernetic systems report that they are continuing to function normally, keeping the small part of him that is organic alive. Brain functions flutter as Overclock begins this delicate operation, but remain within tolerable limits.
Overclock continues to work at a nearly microscopic level. While he doesn't have enhanced senses in the traditional sense, he does have incredibly acute close-range vision, which was installed simply for the purposes of enhancing this kind of work. His eyes glow a faint, neon green as he zooms intensely on the tiny chip, and then, taps it in place. Neurons connect to the filaments on the chip. He zooms out, just a moment, and tests. "Doppler. Can you speak?"
There are three more chips like this sitting on his tray.
Anima arches a brow at the information found within the Database, "Interesting, In-deed-." Anima chuckles, looking from the holoscreen to Wire's form. "This should be quite interesting, then." He nods, before stretching the body out on the medical bed. And then, he quickly taps a few commands into the holoterminal floating about his left hand. The commands are accepted, and in a brilliant flare of translucent red and blue energies; a 3-dimensional replica of the Sponge rises up from the bed beneath him. The part of his torso that remains in-tact, however, replaces the section of the hologram the computer produces. "Oooh, my my.. This, in itself, might take a while." No matter, though. A few more commands are entered, designating the need to have the sponge rebuilt. Scaling the length of the ceiling, a collection of large, mechanical arms move into position, and based off of the schematic provided by the hologram, they begin the reconstruction of the base reploid frame that will be used to perfect the body. As for the neural net, however, Anima has a bit of an idea he'll try on that.
"Mmm..." Doppler begins, more a sigh than a word. His eyes open slightly, barely enough to be noticed and hardly enough through which to actually see. Was it a deliberate attempt at speech, or simply an involuntary reaction to the new implant?
As the arms begin to reconstruct the sponge, Wire takes his form via the mechanical arms. His neural net remains there, if it had fangs and a mouth it'd be hissing. HISSSSS
"We're getting there." Overclock nods, and reaches for another chip. He figured it would take some work. Threading the next chip in, he keeps on talking, out of a sense that maybe it will reassure Doppler to know he's still there. "The minute you can talk, I want you to start telling me if you're feeling any pain, or if you're feeling anything at all. The scans can only tell me so much about what parts still aren't working." This is completely different from the large-scale work that Psyche is doing; Overclock, as high-energy as he is normally, doesn't want to slip.
Once the reconstruction begins, Anima steps away from the holoscreens, and retrieves a chair to pull over to the side of Wire's MedBed. He has a seat, then begins drawing cables out of a nearby Computer Terminal (Non-holo). He plugs the cable into an IO port on his wrist, then quickly programs a wireless transmission cage for the Sponge's Neural net. Using the Holoterminal that was floating at his side, it was transformed into something of a glowing green sphere. The sphere was pushed, carefully, around the neural net, then configured to communicate with a secured, limited area of CyberSpace. "Time to get your Neural Net together, Wire." And with a click of the button, he and the Sponge are forced to +login.

Magna Bass holds his position in the heavens, flying before a Robot Master strike team solely interested in Sigma's destruction. His eyes widen very slightly at the flashy entrance of Viral Sigma -- pictures really don't do him justice. However, within moments the surprise is gone, and once more Magna Bass' game face is in place.
Purple sparks crackle along Magna Bass' wings, Magna Busters humming with a slowly building charge. Intermittently a full body spark will snake along his body from head to toe, jumping between his wings like a Jacob's ladder. He listens to Sigma's challenge without comment, showing no emotional response to it at all.
Magna Bass' optics glow a brighter red, expression shifting to a mixture of outrage and disgust. "You really are a damned fool, *Kaiser*," Magna Bass rumbles. "You, who have taken from me what I need the most -- you, by your death, who hamstringed Mega Man with the moral /failing/ to turn away from our war ... you damned, stupid robot!"
The Force Commander thunders, voice booming with the rage and desperation of a psychotic madman. "I WOULD HAVE LET YOU LIVE, SIGMA! I WOULD HAVE LET YOU DESTROY THE HUMAN RACE, JUST SO LONG AS YOU LEFT ME WHAT WAS *MINE*! YOU TOOK IT FROM ME! YOU TOOK **EVERYTHING** FROM ME! AND YOU DON'T CARE, YOU F***ING AUTOMATON!
Magna Bass screams incoherently in rage, flipping end over end, and gesturing with both Busters at Sigma. "ROBOT MASTERS! ATTACK!"
Overclock knows, of course, that this work is different for every brain...which is part of what makes it so darn fun.
Overclock is starting to get scared as he reaches for the third chip. What if this doesn't even work...what then? Another attempt, another type of chip, some kind of overhaul. "Come on, Doctor. Come around, man. I know you can do this. I know *I* can do this." Overclock glances at the monitors, trying to figure out if anything at all is changing...
<Live News> Both Geminis chuckle--again, in perfect unison, lifting their single arms to their faces. They can't help it. It's so funny. To even imagine that the Robot Masters would bow to Sigma...
They stop laughing just to examine the towering figure, and get a good look at the viral monster up close, and personally. Then, they just shake their heads. Sure, it's creepy, but at the same time, Sigma looks flat busted. Maybe Doppler should have finished what he started with this rebuild.
It's a real sight, all right, but they hide the fact that they're...even the slightest bit intimidated, in favor of drenching the viral form in firepower. Raising their blasters, they pop off as many shots as they can, aimed for the emperor reploid, starting the battle off with flashes of bewildering white.

There are some changes noticeable on the monitor - Doppler's brain is accepting the new implants. Already there are signs of increased activity around the first two chips. It's too early to say for certain that they won't be rejected, but considering the length of time he's had his previous implants, the chances are remote.
After a short time, perhaps a minute, Doppler again attempts to shape words. "< W...water...>" he slurs, his mind turning first to his native language.
<Live News> Sigma stands still and mute before the rage of Magna Bass. Most upon this planet would have turned and ran, or at the very least would have shown a trace of fear considering that Bass is now leading a plethora of heavily armed and dangerous robots to destroy him. Some would expect him to at least flinch. He does not however, do this. Not one iota of movement is seen within the frame of Viral Sigma, beyond the crackling of blue electricity that is seen to move from one end to the other of his skeletal frame. It sparks almost in eerie timing with the highs and lows of Bass' words. Both leaders today, are in good silent and sparking form -- at least for a long moment.
And then it begins -- the attack order heard. His response to it is at first, very minor. A single step forward is taken -- cloak thrown away from his body to expose the blue orb within the center of his chest. From his flanks, masses of tentacles begin to extend -- quivering in anticipation of the death and battle to come. He waits calmly for the incoherence to stop, and then begins himself -- electricity beginning to crackle from not just his 'bones' but from one end of the tentacles to the next, a very miasma of hypnotic sparks that dance from point to point upon his frame.
"My Dear, Dear Bass." He begins, quietly. "You misunderstand me, and you misunderstand yourself and you misunderstand your purpose. Such allies we could have been -- my intelligence, my charisma..." His unfinished hand lifts, shaking at the raging Bass. "Your rage. So many things we could have accomplished if for but a moment you could turn your fool sights away from Rock. He is dead to you, to the world -- and will never again play a part. You are incapable of rising above your current role, Weapon of Wily -- and doubtless, you will be soon replaced by something stronger. Something that can adapt."
He steps forwards once again, as Gemini's laser thuds into the side of his chest -- burning a hole in his cloak. "But so be it. You betrayed us. You betrayed *ME*. I have not taken everything from you, Bass! There are three things that I have left to acquire! Your Life, Your Brother, and your /FATHER!/"
"ALL OF THESE! ALL THREE WILL BE GONE BY MY HAND!"
Each one of his tentacles suddenly sprouts small blades -- scything out to a distance of many, many feet away -- each one seeking a different robot master, seeking to bore holes into them and find purchase.
"YOU WILL ALL BE DESTROYED BY MY HAND! I PROMISED IT, BASS, ALBERT. YESTERDAY, GERMANY. TODAY THE WORLD!"
<Live News> Bass? Bow to Sigma? Knight Man can only wonder if the Emperor truly thought he had a chance of convincing Bass to bow to him. He doesn't even bow to his creator. He doesn't find it quite as funny as Gemini Man, but it's worth a snicker at least.
And lo, the call goes out, Bass gives them the order to attack. Odd that he never started off with one himself, but chances are the Force Commander wants his fodder to soften the Emperor up first.
Overclock's breath catches. A word. And then, momentary panic... he took a semester of German in high school. What the hell...what the... "Water. Water, okay. Thank god. Thank god, Doctor. You're gonna be all right." He sets the tool down on the tray, and tries to stop his hand from shaking. Then, he nearly leaps across the room to the coolant freezer, and pulls out a small container of ice. Then, he rushes back to the bed. Not wanting to choke Doppler, he opts for the ice chips instead of water, putting a few in his mouth.

<Live News> Attack! Attack! For Father! For Bass! For-- justice. Because this is the way things should be, with the Robot Masters on the charge against the Devil of the Mavericks himself, fighting the tentacled evil so that nothing will stand in the way of Wily's conquest.
Yes. This is the way things should be. Tengu Man has apparently acquired this idea on the way to Germany and he holds it still, using it to reinforce his natural confidence. This is what leads him to play wingman and then go charging in-- right for the miasma, the electricity and death within the Emperor's range. It's the same thing that sends him right into the path of a tentacle, one he has not seen due to being so busy not getting hit by the billion others. It pierces the armor of his leg, seeking the power his engines hold to leech it away. Tengu comes to a quick stop and does not move again until he has hacked the tentacle away, something he accomplishes with a frantic fervor.
And now back to business, right? Right. Tengu Man charges up both of the blades currently occupying the space his hands would normally, waiting only as long as he must until he can slice at the tentacles before him, releasing the energy patterns of his characteristic Tengu Blade. Let them go and cut, cut to the core, root out those awful tendrils, anything, just to help.
<Live News> Tengu Man strikes Sigma with his Tengu Blade attack.
Dr. Doppler has enough control over his mouth to accept the chips without choking, though the left side of his face is still noticeably weaker than the right. There is silence for a moment as the ice melts and trickles down his parched throat. "Danke," he manages. There is a tremor in his voice to match the one in his hands, but already the speech is growing less slurred.
<Live News> That was even more impressive. Sigma in his new, grand frightening form. Bass is right: pictures don't give him enough credits. The Alpha take a few cautious steps back. Sure, he saw Stardroids. Countless Horrors happening, both to himself and to others around him. He seen Bass angered. He seen a lot. This vision of Sigma easily compares toward them. This will be a day the Master will remember forever.
.oO ( Concentrate, Cut Man. Don't let THAT intimidate you. He's in the way of the Doc's conquest of the world and great plan. He CAN'T be allowed to live! ) Oo. The Alpha's optics narrows dangerously. His determination solidifies...And flatters a little as the tentacles skewers him quite thoroughly. "Yaaaarg!" He screams, falling to the ground...But not quite defeated yet. Grunting of pain, the Alpha flip back to his feet despite that nasty hole in his chest. "That's it, you son of a *&$("!, NO ONE TREATHEN DOCTOR WILY!"
When his words backed by rage goes out, the Alpha's cutters begins to surge out with massive amounts of electricity. Reaching high for his sparkling Rolling Cutter, the Alpha pluck it out, reel back and toss the electrically charged blades at the giant monstrosity.

Magna Bass screams after the attack order is given, continuing to bring power to his Magna Busters. Violet energy crackles off of him, small lightning strikes being conducted from the ground to his wings by the sheer amount of energy he is calling up. He thrashes around in the air in an apoplectic fit of wrath at Sigma's response, but some of that intelligence is still functioning -- he's playing an attrition game against Viral Sigma, a game that is still stacked in his favor.
The tentacle cuts him across the face, slashing through his helmet and punching through the other side of it. Part of a fin falls off, which makes Magna Bass even angrier. In response, he pulls up hard, getting out of range of the lethal tentacles, and leaving Sigma to fight his regulars ... for now.
"Bi-- eh-- You're welcome." Overclock can't quite remember the right phrase, and so he gives up in the attempt, and sticks with English. "There's one more. Okay?" He puts a hand on the doctor's left cheek, noticing the difference there, and asks, gravely, "Can you feel that? ...Ja? Nien?"
Dr. Doppler's eyes open slightly further, his hazel-green eyes belying their cybernetic nature by not being bloodshot. Although he isn't speaking English, it seems he can at least still comprehend the language. Another moment passes before he answers. "...Nein."

Ballade continues his silent stand systems humming, steely gaze upon the raised and raising Sigma the only sign of his nervousness at the sight being the clenching and unclenching of his hands. His thoughts simple enough as he listens knowing Bass will not accept the terms... it then begins as within his rage Bass makes the call to arms, and Ballade begins to move...
However his move is to late as one of the beasts that is Sigma's tentacles slams at him the blades scrabbling and digging through his form driving deep gashes into his armor. Ballade merely grunts in exertion as he batters the blades back with the back of his blasters, but still he holds his attacker doing what seems to him as logical despite Sigma's far larger size... get in close cause as much directed damage as possible and so with that Ballade uses Sigma's appendages as step stones rushing ever onward, to slam directly into Sigma's lower torso... arm blades extended for the strike...

<Live News> Regardless of what anyone said he truly thinks the Masters are the destroyers of Worlds. The Beta CO watches the leader of the mavericks coldly. He threatened Wily, with in Metal's mind both his own will and the wily Code kicks in. He sends a general radio signal then his green optics narrow fueled by a rage that has burned longer than the Reploid race has been. "...You... threatened the Doctor!? YOUR LIFE IS FORFIT! We have adapted and will continue we will not last for ever BUT WE WILL OUT LIVE THE REPLOID RACE!" The Ego Master arms his weapons now as the blades come in slicing into him, the Metal Master goes into a frenzy of movement trying to evade but he gets mauled, yet he still functions, too far to use his crowbar he manages to finally get free of the mess. A pair of blades are drawn even as 009 tries to keep his distance looking for a spot to fire. What does he aim for? Where those darned tentacles are coming from after all. He knows he will not last long so he's got to make his shots count.
<Live News> Sigma deflects Twin Blades from Metal Man.
Split Mushroom sat down, watching the news silently. He was hoping that Sigma would crush the masters...well..and let Gemini escape. That, and if he won...Dr. Doppler would not have to die..
<Live News> Sigma begins to walk forwards into the heart of the storm, immediately after his tentacles go reaching outward. They have the appearance of acting completely without Sigma's own consciousness or thought. As he moves along, he takes several hits -- although he is seen to slap Knight Man's pitiful morningstar away with the back of his hand. Tengu Man for his own part, aptly hacks through a single tentacle -- his own weapon slashing a small furrow in his rib cage like structure, joined by Cut Man's rolling cutter to slice away one of the bone like structures.
Momentarily, he turns -- focusing on Knight Man for a moment. His right arm is raised, and pointed at the morningstar wielding mecha man with a fervor. At once, the heads of eight separate tentacles appear evenly spaced around Sigma's wrist -- wiggling like nothing so much as small snakes. Wickedly, with a sound like a slapping chain they shoot out for the other, aiming for his face, optics, mouth -- anywhere vulnerable that they can get a purchase. A loud sound like a screech is heard, as they suddenly attempt to drain him dry -- to suck his very life force from his body.
Metal Man's attack then -- at once, is interposed upon by a pair of tentacles that actually catch the blades -- wrapping around the sparking ends, holding onto them -- for future use.
Most of the day was spent slipping in and out of consciousness for Inferno. Stable, yes, but completely repaired? Not just yet. Another bout of being awake strikes the phoenix and he actually bolts up, looking like he just got out of a nightmare. He takes about 10 seconds to regain his composure, violet optics looking about as he settles.
<Live News> The Gemini Man twins part ways as needles fly for them, splitting off in two different directions. When they land from these leaps, they're considerably further apart.
They don't let up. "Next setting..."
"It's like shooting the broad side of a barn." One twin laughs as he pops off another round of laser-fire.
The other one can't quite be so cocky, and blinks at Knight Man. "...Oh, WILY that's disgusting. Oh, ugh." It's.... creepily snake-like, and seeing the tentacles from this angle makes his stomach turn.
"Shut up and shoot, bro."
"On it." Gemini shakes off the raw...disturbingness of that, and both twins continue to fire. They don't want to let up for a moment.

<Live News> Had he the capability to focus on so many things at once, Tengu might look on what happens to Knight Man in loathing, revulsion, or maybe even fear. But he can't. He's of a single mind, a single focus. Which would be, of course, Kill Sigma. Or his tentacles. Whichever is currently easier.
The WilyDemon finds himself surrounded, in short, with no real good openings except for those damned tentacles. Ah well. He'll get hits in wherever he can, and throw them with the same frenzy as before. He gets to work chopping away at the nearest available tendril, attempting to cut it down to size with his blades.
<Live News> You think it's disgusting, Gemini Man? Knight Man has to put up with it! The Dark Knight honestly never expected Sigma to single him out first off, but that misjudgment got him a hentacle in the face.
There's a good deal of flailing, while Sigma sucks the very energy through his face, before he finally frees himself from the disgusting attack. Shaking his head for a moment he works off the dizziness, then glares at Sigma "I know I looketh like thine second in command, but... no. I don't even want to KNOW what ye do together. Freak." Swinging his arm back, Knight Man sends the mace in Sigma's direction once again. Ok, so maybe the battle isn't off to as great a start as he thought.

Overclock knows a bad word in German, so he uses that, now. Then, he just shakes his head. "It's okay. I got another one prepped. I'll keep patching until I get you right." Overclock peers at the right side of the doctor's brain, and touches it, gently, with the tool, looking for another attach-point. After a moment, he finds it, lifts up the chip, and begins working again. This one somehow seems to take an agonizingly long time. "I told them all you were gonna be all right."
Dr. Doppler has little choice but to continue lying still. The right eye tracks Overclock until he moves out of view, but the left eye lazes. "Mmmm..." he answers, his eyelids drooping again.
The latest scan shows that the two chips are already taking up the tasks that the damaged sections of his brain controlled. There is increased neurological activity already. The tremors are lessening, but it has not disappeared entirely.
<Live News> Cutters let out a triumphant cry of victory as his sparkling rolling cutter hit home and comes back, *KLACK!*ing back onto his head. He love that weapon, oh yes he do--"...Aaaaaaaaarg! What the heck he DOING to him!?" That, it was a vision he didn't needed to see. Poor Knight Man -- he'll likely need to be cleansed by fire after this if they all survive.
But go back concentrating on the action Cutter. It's not done yet. Plucking his Cutters out again, his Power Fist systems flaring up to life, he places the blade in his palms. The Rolling Cutter hovers quickly and begins spinning...until it's become a blurring saw of DARK GREEN PLASMA FLAMES! "Burn in HELL, THING COMING FROM THE NETHERWORLD OF THE INTERNET!" He screams, then toss the Flame Shears at Mr. Baldy.
<Live News> Cut Man strikes Sigma with his Flame Shears attack.
Overclock finishes stitching in the last of the chips, and takes a step back. He sets down the tool, and then offers the Doctor another mouthful of the frozen water. He isn't watching Doppler as closely as he's watching the scanning monitors. He has to be able to scramble at the first sign of rejection. Overclock closes Doppler's mouth with his hand, and speaks again. "Give it a little time. We'll see how it goes. At least you're talking: that's good. I was really worried about that."
<Live News> Metal Man realizes that Sigma can drain off power from them all, he then realizes the more fuel he burns attacking Sigma the less he can steal from him. So he powers up his sub space recall systems waiting for the other masters to get clear of Sigma. The old master starts to lock on to dozens of blades in his subspace storage systems and fires not one but a swarm of blades at Sigma, hopefully the swarm of blades might get a Tentacle or two, who knows...

Magna Bass flies higher, higher, entering a cloud. It glows violet for a moment, then begins to swirl around him -- the Robot Master is generating an intense high pressure system just by having his reactors amped up so high. Lightning leaps from cloud to cloud as he continues to power up his weapons systems, bleeding black from the side of his face where Viral Sigma's tentacles cut him.
Teeth bared, spattered with his own mech-fluid, Magna Bass keeps charging his weapons systems, the unobtanium within him heating up hotter and hotter from the strain. Not yet. But soon.
Split Mushroom cheers as Sigma fights, or winces, or cries, or curses. Whichever emotion he feels is necessary at the moment.
Dr. Doppler gratefully accepts the ice chips. The left eye still stubbornly refuses to track movement, but the right one is able to at least partially focus upon the face of his physician. After a long moment, he makes an attempt to string words together. The speech is slurred, but intelligible. "Mien...mein son...?"
<Live News> Sigma is most certainly not in a good mood. This is made apparent by the reverberating growl that is heard within Sigma's massive frame. It's not a pleasant sound -- a chilling bass that sets hairs on edge for well -- quite a long way away. He's beginning to look a little bit battered at the moment, but that's because he's largely ignoring the attacks of everyone else to focus on Knight Man -- with the exception of course, of Tengu Man's attack -- which is idly knocked away by a bunch of tentacles. But Knight Man has the Emperor's attention as he approaches with his ground-shaking gait, sparks of electricity traveling from his shoulder on down to his fingertips as both hands -- huge, bigger than Blues, Rock, or Bass' body almost reach out -- meaning to close with a vice-like grip around the shoulders of Knight Man -- and pull with enough strength to tear apart a tank in opposite directions. If he gets lucky -- one arm. Super lucky -- two. Perhaps if he's lucky enough, the entire body will fracture. He says nothing -- not a thing, occasionally lurching from a hit or the like. One might notice as well, though -- the fact that some of the damage of earlier, before Knight Man met the flying fury of the facial tentacles has been regenerated already.
<Live News> Sigma strikes Knight Man with his Involuntary Amputation attack.
<Live News> Agility is not something Knight Man possesses. That first time was a fluke. He tries to take a few steps back as Sigma approaches, to put some distance between him and the Viral emperor. All the good it does him with those disturbing tentacles.
Knight Man can do nothing as the grasp onto his shoulders, and promptly rip his arms out of their sockets.
The subsequent bellow of agony that follows is probably more than anyone has ever heard out of the Dark Knight, probably because that is the most damage anyone has ever done to him without ultimately destroying his body. The force and shock of it send Knight Man toppling over onto his back, now lying in a pool of mechfluid flooding out of his shoulders. He lies there for now, as his systems will take a moment to recover from the overall shock of Sigma's attack.

Ballade grunts again as he impacts dropping to the ground below Sigma's feet, he ignores everyone else he is not concerned with them or their safety Wily is not here to be protected, and so Ballade is free to focus purely on the monstrosity before him he looks up to the seat of the problem... the crown... the face... and the eyes therein... the target acquired Ballade moves once again...
Leaping for Sigma's legs his dash jets firing, he slams into it pausing for the few seconds it takes for gravity to reinstate itself before he leaps again dash jets firing again sending him further skyward where he uses a blade to catch himself on a tentacle and steady himself. Finally his final leap comes dash jets firing a last time sending him rocketing at the Maverick leaders face, his last act to flip himself bringing the heel of one of his wide feet to slam into one of Sigma's optics...

<Live News> Gemini Man tries not to watch what happens to Knight. It looks like it really, really hurts, and he doesn't want to be standing there worrying about the possibility of serious hurt descending upon him in short order.
One of the twins actually looks away, actually. It doesn't change his attack pattern. They assume that if they keep on shooting, eventually something is going to get through, even through that regeneration. Most of the lasers seem to be striking....but with questionable effect.
"Come on.. Sigma..."
"Hurry up and die."
<Live News> Gemini Man strikes Sigma with his Double Team attack.
Overclock translates this, and makes an assumption. "You asking about Sigma? He's doing just fine. He was worried about you. Told me I'd better not let you die, you know. He's just up above swatting down a few of the Robot Masters now. We'll get a report from him as soon as he's done." Overclock is pretty confident that Sigma's in no danger, but...well, it's Sigma. Overclock pauses, and then wonders if he interpreted that right. "If you're asking about me...no. I'm not your son. Overclock. You remember."
<Live News> Metal Man looks to Sigma as he just rails on Knight Man, he snarls. Knight is buying the rest of the attack force more time to deal with Sigma, and he's not going to make it be in vain. Sure Knight is a doof a lot of the time but he is a Wilybot after all. He watches Ballade go in to nail sigma hard and fast the Ego powers up his blade generator. <<Transfer all power to weapon generator!>> The aid comp replies <<complying>> Metal Man lands on some wreckage from the battle last night and a single blade forms in his hands as he aims it for Sigma's center of mass. "...MY LIFE FOR WILY!!!!"
<Live News> Screams.
Tengu Man is shifted aside like so much chaff, which serves to annoy him further. This, coupled with the screams (the -screams-) makes him work faster, hit harder, so that even if it does him no good he at least /feels/ like he's done something more. Growling, he goes back to what he was doing with even more energy and aplomb, despite the mechfluid trailing down his leg and boot in a slow drip. Just an annoyance. Still airborne, he hacks away at whatever presents itself as a target. "Stay /still!/"

Channeling his concentration, the Alpha reach again for his Rolling Cutter, leap high in the heavens and, as he decent back to the earth, toss the massive Blades at Sigma, trying to aim at the center of the masses -- or at least try to sever a bunch of those tentacles!
<Live News> Cut Man strikes Sigma with his Rolling Cutter attack.
Dr. Doppler cannot nod to show his understanding, but the right corner of his lips twitches upward in a faint smile. "Good." His eyelids begin to droop again. Stubborn or not, these few minutes of conversation have drained him.
The scans continue to show improvement in the areas now guided by the new implants. There are no signs of rejection thus far, but there is an outside possibility of infection, considering the length of time Overclock has had to work on him.

High overhead, the workings of an incredible thunderstorm start to appear, the clouds swirling around the heat radiating from Magna Bass. Thunder rumbles overhead as rain begins to fall on the battlefield once again, purple and blue lightning jumping from cloud to cloud from the influence of his reactors.
Magna Bass glows a weird violet-purple color, both Magna Busters pointed down at Sigma. He grits his teeth, the last of the mech-fluid spattering out of his face ... a drop falls onto his left Magna Buster and sizzles.
<Live News> Sigma does not hesitate after Knight Man falls. A massive foot is raised, and placed down upon his chest to hold him in place for future shenanigans. His tentacles extend -- reaching for the armor plating of the prostrate Son of Wily, presumably to give him the fate shared by Axl and Signas. The attack never comes however, as Ballade's wide foot slams into the side of Sigma's head -- sending his entire eighteen foot body staggering backwards -- sparks flying from the exposed portion of his skull upon that side. The damage however, seems to be fairly minimal.
He turns, just in time to take a pair of blasts through the chest from the pair of Gemini Man -- descending into his cloak and emerging out the back of his body. He does not even stagger -- turning upon the twins like Frankenstein's monster. From his left hand -- the hand-arm of Knight Man is dropped. The right though, the nasty right holds the other -- bearing that wicked ball up by the shoulder. He lifts it -- and brings it down with shattering force -- upon the ground.
For a moment, it might appear that the Emperor was posturing, or has gone insane -- but when the arm is lifted again, the metallic, spiked ball has been shattered -- and only a vicious, spiked, sharpened broken mass of twisted metal remains. For a long moment, he stares down the Gemini Twins. And then out of the corner of his eye, Metal Man's attack is seen, and he twists away from it -- right into Cur Man's Rolling Cutter. This strikes him in the groin, carving a dripping, bleeding line all the way up to his neck before winging back into the sky. He rounds upon him now, looking exceptionally angry.
"I have fooled around long enough, Robot Masters. Prepare to die. Painfully."
And with that, he lunges. So ready is he to inflict pain, that he forgoes the use of his tentacles -- flailing around him disturbingly with Knight Man's broken morning-star, the end more like a sword now than anything else, seeking to tear down the Sons of Wily with the remains of their brother.

<Live News> Finally, by the time Sigma steps on Knight Man's chest, he's come back to his senses. Not in time to prevent himself from being trapped under the Emperor's heel. "Blasted.. cowardly..." Knight Man spits, trying to struggle, but against Sigma's weight, with no arms, he's not going anywhere. "Why thou yellow-bellied sorry sot, I'll gnaweth thine legs off!" He's spirited, at least, but honestly he has nothing left. If he had the chance he'd probably flee, but he's not about to bow and scrape to Sigma. Not even in the position he's in. To add insult to injury, Sigma just went and used his own arm to attack his brothers, the audacity...

With his kick administered Ballade drops gracefully to the ground, and takes a kneel next to Knight Man, he doesn't spare the fallen master a glance, or ever an ear however as he begins the combat dance. Upon his feet once more he takes a few steps and dashes zigzagging as he watches Sigma's moves, never assuming and always trying to predict, but alas Knight Man's mace is a deadly weapon in the giants paws, slamming into the elite with vicious force sending him spiraling through the air, and then Ballade lands and rolls quickly to his feet watching the fist come around in it's frenzy, and with that the Purple one leaps for it...
Landing with a thud as the fist slams into him as he slams into it, Ballade scrambles for purchase, and brings his arm blades to bear jamming them into whatever crack of a joint he can reach with a zealot's focus...
<Live News> Ballade strikes Sigma with his Joint Break attack.
<Live News> Metal Man watches Cut Man get Sigma right where it don't grow back. Well it seems his attack was not for nothing, that's when he pulls hunter's bane his trusty mech fluid stained crowbar which is made out of nerpium, after all only way to go for blunt objects as the ego master ets blow after blow from the arm of Knight man, but before his systems give out he yells "CUT MAN! CATCH!" He tosses Hunter's bane to Cut Man before one finally blow shatters what would be the center of a human's spine and he goes down like a ton of bricks, unable to move, his combat systems offline he lays there unmoving
<Live News> but he utters one last thing "LIVE FOR THE MASTERS!!!"
<Live News> Metal Man now goes silent.
Overclock realizes that after a moment, and decides it's time to close up. Too much time has been spent with sensitive tissue exposed to the air. The surgeon walks around to the back of the cot, and begins replacing the protective skull pieces that hold the sensitive organic parts in place. "If you keep improving at this rate, maybe tomorrow we can try sitting up."
Suddenly, after a long time of just sitting, Anima moves. The doctor stands from his place next to Wire Sponge's Medbed, and he disconnects the lines from his arm. "There. Done." He chuckles to himself, then recalls a holoterminal from the air, with the tap of his finger, then begins to input a series of commands--scheduling the connectivity between Wire Sponge's body and the restored Neural Network.
There is no answer from Doppler, save a settling sigh. The monitors show a gentle decrease in neurological activity consistent with a normal sleep pattern.
Overclock works patiently on closing everything up, while Doppler sleeps. For once, he doesn't mind that it's quiet; the beeping of the monitors is comforting.
[Radio: (C) Mav-Sec] Overclock transmits, "Doppler's on the mend."
<Live News> Tengu Man is just so very fragile when it comes down to things.
He is ready to abandon the work of chopping at tentacles, a thing most assuredly near useless, and just use what his father gave him -- speed. He is ready to throw himself at Sigma without regard for what happens after that. But like so many other times, this proves to be his undoing.
He charges forward, blades ahead of him and slashing frantically, speeding up as fast as he can in preparation for the impact.
He hits something, too, and hard. It's just not what he was planning to hit.
Tengu smashes into a wry blow thrown by Sigma and crumples like an accordion. The momentum he was generating only makes this worse. And the force of the Emperor's hand reverses the direction of that same momentum, flinging Tengu aside like a broken toy... close enough to watch, but too far away to fire and strike... and, naturally, too hurt to do /anything./ That is the worst torture.
[Radio: (C) Mav-Sec] Psychogenesis transmits, "And Wire Sponge is restored. Down to Physical restoration now."
[Radio: (C) Mav-Sec] Wire Sponge transmits, "Yeah, I'm back."
<Live News>
Magna Bass, high overhead, begins making his own weather from the heat coming off his body. His energy gems radiate red light visible as far away as the Robot Master force concentration on the western border of Germany. The rain picks up, the winds battering around the Rock Killer -- steam lilts off his body in a small tornado, making the thunderheads around him thicker. His facial wound cauterizes shut, smoking from the strain of charging up the attack...
A countdown starts in Magna Bass' HUD. Three seconds. They need to keep him busy for three more seconds.
Wire Sponge's systems slowly come back online. The yellow eyes of the reploid flicker on and he groans briefly, "OH.. boy.. such a headache."
<Live News> Cut Man's land to the ground again and, the Rolling's cutter job done, comes back yet again on his head. He was almost taking time to breath, but -- "WOA!" The Alpha let out of surprise as he duck under the massive stolen weapon. While Cut Man as a whole is unharmed...his Golden Rolling Cutter is not. It's get quite smashed off his head, flying into the distance uselessly. He'll need a new weapon.
Springing back straight, the Alpha catch the incoming Crowbar from Metal Man. He looks at it intensely for a short second. His optics lighten up. "Sigma...are you ready for a...LAST CHARGE?!"
He boths of his hands toward the Emperor. In his right hand quickly materialize an weapon from subspace. An cane. But not any cane...A WILY CANE. In his left hand, the Metal Crowbar is there.
He twirls both weapons around impressively for a few split seconds before...a flash of light surrounds the Alpha, or more specifically, his forehead.
"YES OR NO, HERE I COOOOOOME! YEAAAAAAARRRRRRG!"
Then, he charges, swimming his two weapons like an lawnmower. And as the mighty Alpha charges, an pair of LARGE eyebrows materialize above his optics.
Behold, Sigma. The Wily-Fu at it's fullest potential has been unleashed.
<Live News> Cut Man misses Sigma with his Wily Fu attack.
<Live News> Sigma rides down upon the robot masters with vicious force, still shrugging off the various attacks that come his own way. He's just that large, it would seem -- his endurance just that capable. Either that, or he's still regenerating damage at a terrible rate. His cloak flits about him as the mace crashes left, right and center -- shattering Knight Man and blasting into Tengu Man's body. At once then, Sigma halts -- his attention drawn to the words of the prone Knight Man.
the open palm down towards Knight Man's helmet -- meaning to explodinate his head with his own hand in a vicious slap.
And then, Cut Man's shriek is heard -- and Sigma quickly moves to dodge. He'd have failed too, if it weren't for the sudden freak updraft that carried Cut Man just a little over his head. And then Ballade's attack comes screaming in -- crashing into one of his knees, and causing him to limp slightly. But no, he does not falter -- does not fall.
Tactical Raccoon has left.
<Live News> Shyster has connected.
<Live News> Metal Man systems are messed up to high heavens but oddly Metal Man's power systems are somewhat active as he spasms a bit, his right hand tweezes several times until his right hand forms into the infamous one finger salute. His body stops jerking and somewhere in his mind he's still getting a feed though one of his optics, he has but one thought. oO(DIE SIGMA DIE!)...
<Live News> Shyster has left.
<Live News> Dust Man has disconnected.
<Live News> Knight Man's head isn't so much explodinated, in fact compared to everything else that's happened thus far it is virtually painless. Save that it knocks his helmet off. Nevertheless the ultimate humiliation of both being beaten with his own arm, and having his helmet knocked off exposing his face just causes more rage to erupt in the Dark Knight. He ineffectively kicks his feet up at the Emperor, all the good it does. "Thou may haveth a new body, thou may think thou'rt so powerful, but thou'rt still a bloody fool." Knight uses the last ounce of strength to spit on Sigma's boot. His gaze turns skyward to where Bass is. "Thinketh... my fight was wasted, do ye? I thinketh.... not."
Wire Sponge has reconnected.
<Live News> Tengu can only watch. Oh, hell! To be forced to just sit here and /watch/--
He slams a reformed fist into the ground in front of him in pure frustration, which only gives him more pain. It actually draws a cry out of his mouth, mixed pain and anger.
He lifts his eyes to the sky. Behold, Magna Bass, shadowed by the storm. On other days, Tengu would admire and approve. Today, he is just willing Bass to do what Bass does. "KILL HIM! KILL HIM! AAAAAARGH! Kill him..." please.
